Sessions and Fees

Sessions:  Standard consultations are 50 minutes long. The remainder of the hour is spent writing session notes and preparing feedback letters to your GP and/or other specialists if required.  Telehealth sessions available.

Number of sessions:  There is no limit to the number of sessions you can access, however you are entitled to 10 sessions per calendar year with a Medicare rebate if you are referred by a GP or Psychiatrist.

Fees:  Please make contact to discuss fee structure.  Concession rates are available dependent on individual circumstances. 

​

Reports:  Psychological assessment and medico-legal reports can be provided. Fees on request. 

​

Payment:  Payments can be made by eftpos, credit card or direct bank transfer.  Please note that all accounts must be settled on the day of the appointment.  Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a late cancellation fee, given that it can be difficult to fill the appointment.

Medicare rebates: You will receive a Medicare rebate if you have been referred by a GP or Psychiatrist under a Mental Health Care Plan.

​

Private Health: You may be eligible for a rebate through your private health fund. This will be dependent on your level of cover and should be confirmed with your individual provider.
